CONTRARREFORMA DA SEGURIDADE SOCIAL: rebatimentos sobre a consolidação da Assistência Social como política pública

Abstract

This text addresses the refutations of counter reform proposed by the Temer Government, if approved, on the slow process of constitution of social assistance as a security policy in Brazil, historically traversed by conservatism. Conservative counter-reforms, in progress, may discontinue the process of consolida ting SUAS and lead social assistance to the risk of conservative regression to the bases that gave rise to it, such as charity and aid.
