TARIFF POLICY BASED ON THE ANALYSIS OF THE DYNAMICS OF REGULATED AND FREE PRICES IN THE ELECTRICITY SECTOR

Abstract

Within the framework ofthis article the analysis of the current state tariff policy in the field ofelectricity and new approaches to its improvement in order to unlock the growth potential of the industry; the analysis of the dynamics of regulated and free prices in the power industry in the Russian Federation and in the context ofFederal districts; the analysis of the impact of cross-subsidization in the power industry on tariffs is carried out and the main directions of improvement of the state tariff policy in the power industry in order to improve the mechanisms of regulation and disclosure of the growth potential of the industry are considered.
