Abstract. Functional activity of neutrophylic granulocytes from whole blood of the children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia was tested by means of luminolnduced chemiluminescence detection. We haverevealedincreased production of reactive oxygen species under basal conditions, and a decreased chemiluminescent response after zymosan-induced stimulation. (Med.
