Belovodsko Handwritten Four Gospels appeared in Austria-Turkish war known as Kocina krajina (1788-1791) when there had been a shortage of liturgical books. It was written by three hands, and signed by the initiator and the main copyist Vicentije Jovanovic born in Podgorica, abbot of the monastery Ljubostinja beforehand, priest monk in exile in the monastery of Hopovo. When he came back in Ljubostinja in 1791 he had taken with him some printed and handwritten books, and among them there were Resurrection Gospels. In the 19th century through Komaranska Church or directly it had been arrived in Bela Voda near Krusevac, where in 1989 it was found in the trunk of priest Zivotije Popovic whose granddaughter Jelena Hadzi Popovic gifted it to Parish Library in Bela Voda, where it is being found today.
