The topic refers to the professional teacher training during lifetime, meaning that it is based on the conception that training is not, exclusively, the time spent during the bachelor studies.We intend to transcend the training centered on the undergraduate studies or the parallel courses. This view focuses on the subject‟s dimension and the intersubjective aspects. We analyze the training dimension at work, in the group formation and in the development of the history teacher‟s daily educational activities.The article summarizes the research developed in the postgraduate thesis.
