MODERATING EFFECT OF NATIONAL CULTURE ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ENTREPRENEURIAL ORIENTATION AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE: AN EVIDENCE FROM SERBIA
Abstract
This research paper aims to investigate how does national culture moderates relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance of small firms. Investigation is conducted on 180 firms from construction sector in Serbia. Colected data were analzied by using hierarchial linear regression. The results of this study show that national culture is singnificant moderator of such relationship.
