PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN SISWA MENGANALISIS STRUKTUR TEKS PERSUASI MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED INTRODUCTION

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menganalisis struktur teks persuasi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Mare Kabupaten Bone dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Introduction. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri atas 4 tahap yaitu; perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Siklus I dan Siklus II terdiri atas dua kali pertemuan dengan ketuntasan minimal, yaitu 75,00. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kemampuan menganalisis struktur teks persuasi siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 1 Mare Kabupaten Bone berjumlah 22 orang dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Introduction. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data siklus I dan siklus II diketahui nilai rata -rata yang diperoleh siswa dalam menganalisis struktur teks persuasi meningkat. Pada siklus I ketidak tuntasan siswa sebesar 77,27%, sehingga nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 60,68 (kurang mampu), pada siklus II nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 85,68 (mampu), ketuntasan siswa yang dicapai sebesar 86,36%. Aktivitas belajar siswa siklus I sebesar 65% (cukup) dan siklus II meningkat menjadi 100% (sangat baik). Aktivitas mengajar guru siklus I sebesar 70% (cukup) dan siklus II meningkat menjadi 96% (sangat baik). This research method is classroom action research (CAR). This research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 stages, namely; planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Cycle I and Cycle II consisted of two meetings with a minimum completeness of 75.00. The subject of this research is the ability to analyze the structure of the persuasion text of class VIII B students of SMP Negeri 1 Mare, Bone Regency totaling 22 people using the Problem Based Introduction learning model. Data analysis techniques were carried out quantitatively and descriptive statistics. Based on the results of data analysis cycle I and cycle II, it is known that the average value obtained by students in analyzing the structure of persuasive texts increases. In the first cycle the student's incompleteness was 77.27%, so the average score of students was 60.68 (low ability), in the second cycle the average value increased to 85.68 (able), the student's completeness achieved was 86, 36%. Student learning activities in the first cycle was 65% (enough) and the second cycle increased to 100% (very good).
