Comprehensive evaluation and analysis of low-carbon energy-saving renovation projects of high-end hotels under the background of double carbon
Abstract
Under the background of “double carbon”, the low-carbon and energy-saving renovation of existing public buildings has become an effective way to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction. This paper analyzes the cost of energy-saving and low-carbon renovation of existing public buildings and the composition of energy-saving benefits, comprehensively evaluates the case projects through the benefit-cost-cost ratio, net present value, and environmental benefits, and conducts evaluation and verification through the case of high-end hotels, in order to provide existing public buildings. Provide reference for building low-carbon and energy-saving renovation decisions. According to the calculation of the case project, a total of 670 kg of standard coal was saved, 1670 kg of carbon dioxide and 455.6 kg of carbon were reduced, which effectively reduced the emission of pollutants, and played a very positive role in reducing carbon emissions and protecting the environment.
