Abstract

The state of the question. The article explores the concept of competitiveness and classified the factors affecting the competitiveness of construction companies.Purpose. To study the theoretical foundations of competition to determine the possibility of accounting and business reputation of the organization, as well as to analyze and evaluate existing proposals for methods competitiveness of construction companies.Methodology. Used in the work system analysis principles and methods of research: theoretical, synthesis and comparison.Results. The results of the research used in the development of theoretical principles of adaptive management of industrial enterprises.Practical implications. Development of theoretical and methodological tools of assessment, methods of improving and maintaining the competitiveness of construction companies.
