Current pharmacologic therapy can be inadequate and intolerable for patients. We present a case of a gentleman with refractory postherpetic neuralgia in the intercostobrachial nerve distribution that was successfully treated with cryoneurolysis/cryoanalgesia therapy. Keywords: cryoneurolysis, cryoablation, postherpetic neuralgia, intercostobrachial neuralgia, neuropathic pain
