The spinal cord ventral decompression surgical technique with corporodesis using telescopic devices

Development and adaptation of a titanic telescopic device for bodies replacement of cervical, thoracic and lumbar vertebras named BodyVertEx was lead, biomechanical researches on 6 models of a spine were made. The technique is applied at 9 patients with traumatic spine injury, at 8 — with tumoral damages, at 4 — with dural sac and spinal cord compressed by disk hernia, osteofits. The technique of surgical access to a spine, corporectomy and decompression of a spinal cord is advanced, the techniques of installation and fixing of telescopic devices are developed.There were no complications, caused by surgical access and installation of telescopic devices in the postoperative period.
