"JOBBERY" AS A MEANS OF CRIME: THE ISSUE OF COURT INTERPRETATION

Abstract

The article investigates one of the most contradictory and topical signs of malfeasance in the theory and practice of criminal law, that is, jobbery. Its interpretations in nine decrees of the RF Supreme Court Plenums are analyzed; their classification is given. Variants for overcoming of the miscoordination of official interpretations of certain categories are suggested; the necessity to interpret it unanimously is grounded.
