ОЦЕНКА ЛЕГОЧНОЙ РЕГУРГИТАЦИИ МЕТОДОМ ДОППЛЕР-ЭХОКАРДИОГРАФИИ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ ПОСЛЕ РАДИКАЛЬНОЙ КОРРЕКЦИИ ТЕТРАДЫ ФАЛЛО

Abstract

Results of Doppler-echocardiography of 42 patients who underwent repair of tetralogy of Fallot by using various surgical techniques are presented. 61.9% patients had significant pulmonary regurgitation, which correlated with the duration of follow-up and their right ventricle dilatation matched the jet area. Criteria of severity of pulmonary regurgitation are defined.
