Abstract : The advancement of technology has significantly changed how stories are told, with the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the captivating experiences offered by Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). These new developments have reshaped storytelling methods into interactive, personalized, and engaging experiences. This study seeks to explore the impact of AI and technologies on narrative techniques through a walkthrough analysis of the Google Arts & Culture app. By examining how these technologies reshape storytelling structures, enhance user engagement, and provide tailored experiences, we aim to gain insights into their influence. The findings demonstrate that AI plays a role in customizing content to create personalized user experiences that keep audiences engaged in the story. Immersive technologies such as AR and VR further enhance this engagement by allowing users to interact with content in ways that were not possible with storytelling methods. These technologies encourage a shift from observation to engagement, creating a more immersive and adaptable narrative space. The study emphasizes that combining AI with technologies on platforms like Google Arts & Culture revolutionizes digital storytelling and introduces new opportunities and challenges for preserving cultural heritage. The results suggest that future studies should focus on exploring how users interact with AI-driven storytelling platforms and assessing the lasting effects of these technologies on involvement and storytelling credibility. This study adds to the conversation about humanities and technology integration, providing valuable perspectives for enhancing upcoming digital narrative platforms. Keywords: Digital Storytelling, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Immersive Technologies, User Engagement, Cultural Heritage Preservation.
