Metastatic biphasic pleural mesothelioma presenting with cauda equina syndrome

Abstract

Patient with previous asbestos exposure on a watchful wait and watch regime presents acutely with cauda equina syndrome. Radiological imaging confirmed a mass with direct invasion of the spinal cord.
