Legal aspects on the violence diminution through the corresponding child education The globalization of interests towards the family violence is the consequence of awareness regarding the need to include the issue of violence on the agendas of parents, lawyers, advocates and law enforcement agencies responsible for identifying solutions to redress the situation. The primal role in preventing and/or diminishing the phenomenon of violence within families is the responsibility of the parents
