An unusual presentation of Ewing sarcoma mimicking Guillain–Barré syndrome in a 17-year-old male

Abstract The management of a patient admitted to the emergency department with symptoms of Guillain–Barré syndrome (GBS), including paraplegia, who was subsequently diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma (ES) and spinal cord compression using MRI is discussed here. Pathological report confirmed the diagnosis of ES. The patient underwent immediate neurosurgery due to rapid progression of paraplegia.
