Abstract

在产品寿命服从广义指数分布的场合下，讨论了循环序进应力加速寿命试验的模型，给出了相应参数的统计分析方法：极大似然估计法和极大似然估计与回归相结合的估计方法，并利用数据模拟比较了它们的优劣性.
