THE BLANKING OPERATION FOR MAKING STANDARD IMPACT TEST SAMPLES OF COLD-DEFORMED (HARD-WROUGHT) STRUCTURAL STEELS
Abstract
A simple, original method of producing cold deformed (hard-wrought) structural middle carbon alloys work pieces for next producing impact test samples are proposed. This method saves the metal and can significantly to reduce a consumption of the tungsten-carbide inserts.
