Chiral phosphotriesters are an unexplored class of ligands in metal catalysis. We wish to disclose herein the foremost application of novel chiral BINOL-derived mono- and bisphosphates in asymmetric zinc-catalyzed hydrosilylation of ketones. Corresponding alcohols were obtained in up to 92% yield and 34% ee.
