STATE INFORMATION RESOURCES OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION AT THE PRESENT STAGE: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article is devoted to the regulatory support and budget provision of the state information resources of Russian Federation. The authors analyze the implementation and results of the Federal target programs Electronic Russia and Information society. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the problems impeding the development of highly effi cient integrated system of state information resources. Also some suggestions for improving the system of state information resources are formulated.
