Theory, background and perspectives the classification of the electronic document to evidence in criminal proceedings

Abstract

In article the topical issues connected with inclusion of the electronic document in the system of proofs of criminal proceedings are considered. In article scientific views of scientists concerning reckoning of the electronic document to "material evidences" and "other documents" are analyzed. The proposals connected with use of the electronic document as a material evidence in criminal proceedings are made.
