One-minute sit-to-stand test is practical to assess and follow the muscle weakness in cystic fibrosis

Abstract

Highlights The 1STST is a practical test to follow muscular weakness in patients with CF. The reduction of 1STST in patients with CF is correlated to MVCQ and to FEV1. The 1STST improved after an IV antibiotherapy, especially with rehabilitation.
