The Contribution of the Third Sector as a Public Service Provider
Abstract
This paper addresses the responsibility of the Third Sector as a provider of public services. Reflects on the performance of this Sector as a state contribution and analyzes its performance in business activities. In order to understand its operation, it presents civil society in this context, firstly safeguarding its rights, and secondly, as a participant in the state model that is in keeping with the ideal of efficiency and economic decentralization; Hence the public-private partnership. Research therefore seeks to ensure that the services provided by the Third Sector are efficient and less burdensome, which would legitimize its partnership with the public administration. The methodology used was bibliographic-qualitative.
