Abstract

The monograph under review is the first special in-depth study of the parliamentary history of Central Russia based on the example of Ryazan Governorate in 1906–17. This scholarly work by P. Akul'shin and I. Knyazeva summarizes the long-term study of the history of elections and representation of Ryazan Governorate in the State Duma of all four convocations and in the Constituent Assembly.
