Abstract

The Russian government, focused on problems in foreign policy, carries out unpopular reforms among civil society, worsening, in the opinion of Russians, their socio-economic position in Russian society. In the minds of citizens, the installation is gradually forming that officials live in a different reality, different from the life of ordinary people.
