The present work Structural analysis in the Cuban Economic Model is aimed at determining the key variables that significantly affect the improvement of the Cuban economic model from the structural analysis, so that this allows raising the standard of living of the population. For the fulfillment of the objective different theoretical and empirical methods were used. With the elements obtained, an information processing and analysis work was done, using scientific observation and measurement. The research concluded that the updating of today's Cuban economic model, expressed through the Guidelines approved at the VI Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba, constitutes the highest expression of the changes that are taking place in the economy. The implementation of the work will help to refine this model to solve existing problems.
