Abstract
This research describes the transformations in the organizational culture of an confessional institution’s, mental health providers located in Bogota, and whose objective was to make the necessary adjustments to the administrative and assistance care to meet the quality assurance system established by the Ministry of Social Protection and ensure that the system meets the challenges of globalization. Five focus groups were conducted with the participation of 35% of staff working in the institution with representation from different areas, hierarchical levels and types of professions. This Information was validated with the help of the management of the institution. Through these devices are able to establish the transformations in culture from the changes identified in seven categories of the cultural network.
