The techno-eсosystem concept in the hydrosphere is considered. Certain features of a technoeсosystem, such as peculiar biotopic structure, presence of high-gradient conditions, low predictability of its behavior and development are described. The concept of ecosystem-biogeocenosis gradient is introduced. The place of techno-eсosystems in the Biosphere is considered
