The difficult issue of the mirror entries wastes’ classification
Abstract
This paper deals with the issue of the classification of Mirror entries summing up the scholars’ opinion and analyzing the initial case law. In particular, the work focuses on the Italian Court’s reasons in case no. 37460/2017 and the reference to the European Court of Justice as well as the Opinion of Advocat General in joined cases from C- 487/2017 to C- 489/2017. In addition, this paper highlights the decision of European Court of Justice of the 28 march 2019.
