Fatigue-related faults in vehicles usually occur over a long period of time, ie; high km, both the customer and the manufacturer does not want to encounter is a serious quality error. In this article, data processing has been carried out to measure and make available the heaviest of the reliability and fatigue test tracks that have been established in the vicinity of the manufacturer for a light commercial car with a rope potentiometer. Then, the computerized modeling, meshing, static analysis and fatigue analysis of the left posterior leaf spring were calculated by Finite Element Analysis method and the fatigue life of this leaf spring was evaluated.
