Anesthesia For Awake Craniotomies In Children

Abstract

Abstract This resource is a problem-based learning (PBL) case addressing the anesthetic management of a child presenting for an awake craniotomy. The PBL seeks to review the indications for awake craniotomies, consider the anesthetic options for awake craniotomies, and address the potential complications that are associated with awake craniotomies.
