Practice of statistical accounting of migration caused by environmental change

Abstract

There are considered the basic principles of the organization of statistical accounting of migrations caused by changes in the environment existing in the world practice. The main features and difficulties of statistic are specified. There are given the estimates of the scale of climate and environmental migration in Russia.
