Emergency psychology: the state of research ----- Abstract --- The emergency psychology is a clinical psychology branch that has established itself as an independent science only in the last 10 years. Despite there have been highly critical events, the relative empirical contributions turned out to be very little. This article is proposing a scientific and up with the times prospective of the emergency psychology, listing the empiric contributions and the future prospects of the Professor Calogero Iacolino’s study and research group.
