The COVID-19 epidemic process, which emerged towards the end of 2019 and has been continuing in our country since March 11, 2020, has affected all aspects of life as well as the education sector in many ways. In our country, it has been decided to use distance education systems in all educational institutions to avoid any disruption in education and training activities during the epidemic process. In this process, face-to-face courses in architectural education, where applied courses are predominant, started to be conducted online. Considering that distance education systems will continue to be used partially in architectural education after the pandemic period, the evaluation of existing systems and the development of suggestions for improvement are important in terms of increasing the quality and efficiency of architectural education. The study was conducted to investigate the sustainability and applicability of distance education after the pandemic period by evaluating the distance education process by the students of the architecture department. After examining the studies on distance education processes in architectural education and the applied questionnaires, an online questionnaire was designed and implemented by the students of the Department of Architecture at the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture in the Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKU-MMF). As a result of the study, the data obtained at the end of the applied questionnaire were evaluated and suggestions were made to improve the existing system in case the distance education process continues.
