Integrity is required in the public service in order to prevent the occurrence of administrative pathology within the bureaucracy. This study aimed to describe the integrity bureaucrats front line (Street level bureucrats) in health services in Parepare views of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The research method used is a method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation and document analysis. Determination of informants research conducted by accidental that technique must be performed in principle informant chance. Data were analyzed using taxonomic analysis techniques. The results showed that the front-line bureaucrats Integrity (street level bureucrats) in outpatient care free health program which is viewed by SOP and linked with the principles of service show is maximal. This is evident from the implementation of the principles of good service, except the principle of honesty. About Integrity street level bureucrats in service inpatient free health program which is viewed by SOP and linked with the principles of service shows that, of service personnel provide ease in a matter of procedure free health service.
