By conducting a study the impact of government support for the formation offinancial flows of non-financial sector companies on an example of foreign and Russian experience. We consider the bank resources remain an important source of financing for non-financial sector and directions of state support. Held grouping of instruments of financial support of the state financialflows by type of organization on the example of agricultural organizations as the most dependent on financial aid.
