Abstract

Abstract Teaching and Learning Education for New Teachers (TALENT) is a tutorial designed for internal medicine faculty and resident physicians with teaching and clinical responsibilities. TALENT is presented as 20-minute modules, each designed to provide basic knowledge and skills in aspects of medical education. The modules also contain questions for students' consideration. A certificate of completion is available. TALENT is also appropriate for community-based preceptors and has been used with family medicine fellows.
