Theoretical Aspects of Effective Human Resources Management in Modern Economic Conditions
Abstract
The aim of the article is to consider the theoretical aspects of personnel management in shaping the efficiency and effectiveness of the management system. The article is devoted to the consideration of approaches to the development of an effective human resources management system in order to achieve the economic and social goals of the enterprise. The essence of the management process and the relationship with the elements of the personnel management system have been analyzed. The nature of the features of the modern stage in the development of management systems has been determined. The importance and the necessity of the formation and continuous development of an effective mechanism for managing labor resources of enterprises to further increase productivity and productivity of their activities have been proved. The general principles of the functioning of the system during the formation of the control mechanism have been given. A model of interaction mechanism of the main components (economic, organizational, social) of personnel management has been proposed in the article. The mechanism of interaction of the main components of personnel management has been considered. It has been determined that in modern conditions, the concept of personnel management is based on the growing role of the employee’s personality, consideration of his/her motivational attitudes, the need for their formation in accordance with the goals and objectives of the organization. It has been proved that these components of the control mechanism, with all their multifacetedness and multidimensionality, influence the results of production will only be effective when their foundations are turned into real mechanisms for converting personnel into human capital. The factors affecting the behavior of employees of the organization have been analyzed; the following are classified into them: labor market; organization culture; hierarchical structure of the organization. Elements of the scientific novelty of the results obtained are the development of approaches to improve the management system based on the formation of an effective personnel management mechanism. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of their use in determining the development strategy of national enterprises. The results of the study are aimed at improving the use of personnel and make it possible to fully utilize the potential of the enterprise. The practical value of the study lies in the fact that they equip management personnel with new management tools
