Reverse constitutive model of chemical erosion of concrete of stilling pool base slab
Abstract
In order to study the strength and development rate of the chemical erosion of the stilling pool base slab and analyze the influence of chemical erosion on the strength and durability of the stilling pool base slab, it established a reverse constitutive model of the chemical erosion of concrete of the stilling pool base slab. The model calculation results show that the results of the model calculation and prototype tests are in good agreement. Conclusion: 1) Most easily soluble mineral components in the concrete of the stilling pool base slab are cement hydration products, such as cement (Ca(OH)2). Compared with the active calcium ion content in the infiltration liquid, the higher the active calcium ion content in the exudate, the stronger the reaction between water seepage and concrete, and the higher the pH value of the exudate; 2) Under given leakage conditions, the greater the amount of material exchange between the stilling pool base slab and the water, the more severe the chemical erosion of the concrete; 3)The intensity of chemical erosion has a good correlation with the degree of damage to the surface of the concrete, that is, when the surface damage is relatively serious, the chemical erosion process is fast, otherwise it is slow.
