JURIDICAL TERMINOLOGY: SYSTEM-CENTRIC AND ANTHROPOCENTRIC APPROACHES

Abstract

The article focuses on particularity of the Russian language functional juridical variant as an independent subsystem. Alongside with systemocentric approach to the problem of juridical terminology the necessity of anthropocentric usage is supported.
