Muslims have excelled for centuries in the construction of an Islamic civilization, based on Islamic thought, based on the Koran and the Prophet's Prophet, meeting and diligence, but this thought has declined since the Renaissance, following the collision with the West. Hence, it was necessary to go back and look for the reasons for this decline, and to indicate the extent of its ability to renew and then return to take the role of civilization in the construction of this civilization. In this research, we have tried to explain the concept of Islamic thought and its surrounding topics, and then to explain the role of Islamic thought in the construction of Islamic civilization through some practical applications, and then conclude the study on how to innovate in Islamic thought and areas of renewal
