Tactical exercises to improve the effectiveness of counterattack in school boxers in Holguin province

Abstract

The research deals with a set of exercises to increase the effectiveness of counterattack in boxers of the school category of the Sports Initiation School of Holguín, controls were carried out in the preparation where the measurements of blows to the riposte were controlled, to the encounter and the relationship with the effectiveness in combat, for each hit as straight, hook, crossed, for combat distance in the short, medium and long, The results that were achieved corroborate that for the improvement of the training process scientific and statistical methods were applied for the interpretation of the current state of the boxers' preparation.
