is currently a Senior Economic Adviser, Government of India, and former Joint Secretary (Infrastructure Policy & Finance), Ministry of Finance. He was a Member Secretary of the Task Force that prepared India’s first National Infrastructure Pipeline, led the Indian delegation at the G20 Infrastructure Working Group meetings and was on the Board of Directors of several companies. He has written a book [Springer, Singapore, 2018] and was a Visiting Professor at the Indian School of Business from 2013 to 2017. He has an MBA from IIM, Lucknow (1987), and a PhD from the University of Maryland, College Park, USA (2011).
