Sostenibilidad y valoración de los corredores biológicos en Villavicencio, sector Suría

Abstract

Structural changes in land tenure and land use I have been presented in Villavicencio in recent years, a fact which accompanied the increase in demand for land has disrupted their price, compromising the sustainability of forests belonging to chains runners biological.The work presented shows why the recovery of biological corridors is part of environmental sustainability and this is supported in a qualitative empirical research, which was obtained directly motivations, attitudes and behaviors of individuals involved in problem, reaching the conclusion that, no matter what the economic valuation method that applies what is really important is to raise awareness of both the owners and the environmental authorities to restore forest areas.
