Effect of human library intervention on mental health literacy: a multigroup pretest–posttest study

Abstract

Highlights Human library intervention enhanced mental health literacy. Human library interventions reduced stigma and preferred social distance towards people with mental illness. Both human library and didactic teaching interventions were not significant in enhancing the knowledge acquisition on common mental disorders.
