PROJE YÖNETİMİ VE İNSAN KAYNAKLARI İLİŞKİSİ

Abstract

The success of the organizatinal project which is mostly proportional to the success of the employees gains higher importance for an organization in order to stay in the market in the increasing compitational enviroment of 21 st century. In this paper, the human factor in the projects is explained since it plays the main role in the project success. An overview of project and project management subjects is given in the introduction section. İn the next part project manager, project team, project organizational and project communicaton subjects are explained in order. Finally the importance of human resources according to the results of two researches is stated.
