Ambushes of the state innovative economic policy in Ukraine

Abstract

The problem of legislative imperfection (disbalance) of normative base which regulates realization and development of innovative economic policy in Ukraine is investigational in this article. Suggestions (self-controls from Doctrine of economic policy in Ukraine) are borne in relation to the improvement of realization of public innovative economic policy which is indissolubly related to efficiency and effectiveness of legal forms of its realization.
