Economic and Trade Relations between the European Community and Bolivia

Abstract

EC-Bolivia relations take place within the frame of the Cooperation Agreement signed by the EC and the Andean Group countries. The author studies the trading relations, focusing on its irregular evolution and the utilization of the preferential tools provided by the EC. His conclusion cannot be much optimistic as the continuous fall of relations between the EC and Latin America gives no hope for an improvement in the case of Bolivia.
