Entre a infância e a vida adulta: as fases da vida nas legislações educacionais em contexto de ditadura militar

Abstract

This text aims to reflect on the history of children and adolescents and its intersection with the history of education. It is believed that through this analysis it is possible to understand the construction process around this group and its relationships with different historical contexts. For this, the main educational legislation developed in Brazil until the 1970s will be used, when the country was experiencing the civil-military dictatorship.
